Thursday Thoughts:) 

We make plans and set goals so when the ups and downs hit we still know where we are going. Sometimes it’s just harder to see but never doubt that your time, energy and commitment will help get you to the top of the next hill.  I recently attended a presentation and the speaker shared a phrase to keep in mind for those crazy days when it feels hard to keep going. He said think of it this way….”Just for today”

“Just for today I will….”

So remember that every bit counts big or small and when you are stressed think… Just for today…  I will
– connect with a customer
– follow up on a lead
– post a photo
– take a moment just to collect my thoughts
– I will breathe
– I will do something for me
– I will put one foot in front of the other

What will you do just for today?

If you have your goals written down (If you don’t grab some paper and write them down or post them online) and when you have your goals recorded  take a look at them and ask what will I do “just for today” to move me one step closer to my goal?

Because consistent steps toward your goal will get you there!
